We believe in providing world class customer service to our customers.  Irrespective of where you purchased your mk, which shop you bought it from or which country you are in, we will provide full support to resolve any issues with you directly or through the outlet you purchased from.  



Please do use the website as a resource for solving you queries  - the answers to most questions are available immediately through our FAQs page and ordering info and resources. 



If you do need to contact us you can email for any questions relating to ordering and existing orders, or for any technical info. We generally respond within a few days, and we do make an effort to respond to every query.  If for some reason you do not receive a response, it may be because your email has been filtered off.  This does happen from time to time.   In this case please resend the email but copy in the other email address also [ / ].
