If we are out of stock of a particular whistle then we will generally have it back in stock within the following time-frame :-
It is now possible to sign up for email notification of when an item comes back into stock by signing up on the product details page for that particular colour/key/whistle. Do this by visiting the page for the item you'd like and selecting the colour. If it is out of stock, a box will appear so that you can add your email address. When this item comes back into stock you will be notified by email.

In order to return an instrument for refund, repair or exchange, please register / request the return on our Returns, Exchanges and Repairs page. You can add an explanation to the request if you'd like when you register it. Please also send a a quick email notification to email@example.com to indicate you have registered a return. As soon as we approve the request you will be emailed instructions for return postage.
