The Questions People Ask a Whistlemaker
Misha Somerville answers questions often asked about an unusual and incredible profession.
We don't get many whistles back from customers, but we understand that finding the right musical instrument can sometimes be a journey. We are in the business of making instruments that our customers love to play. Anything less than this won't do! If you encounter any issues at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us: info@mkwhistles.com
We offer a 21-day trial period so if you are not completely satisfied we will refund the cost of the instrument on return. This basically means that, wherever you are in the world, you can try an mk whistle in the comfort of your own home for the cost of the postage.
Most mk whistles have a lifetime guarantee. In the unlikely event that you have an issue, we will repair (free of charge), refund or replace and pay postage both ways. With any issues regarding accidental damage in use, we will aim to repair at a reasonable cost unless it is beyond economical repair.
PLEASE NOTE: our returns process does take a little while to complete. We have to process and check each return individually - which may take 2-3 weeks from the date of receipt.
There are three options available for returns:-
1) Exchange: Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or colour.
2) Replace: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or spoiled), defective (has a functional problem that causes it not to work) or is not as described.
3) Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable or out of stock in your preferred size, colour or model, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you may choose to have your money refunded.
